Your client portal is locked down from day one. Every account needs two-factor sign-in, so it asks for your password and a code from your authenticator app each time. Each business only ever sees its own calls, transcripts and recordings, never anyone else's. Everyone on your team signs in with their own login, so there are no shared passwords, and call transcripts, summaries and outcomes can't be altered from a client login.
