Can it answer only after hours, or when we're busy?
Either, or both. Use it as your first point of call, as overflow when your team is busy, or as after-hours call answering when you're closed. Tell us what suits how you work and we'll set it up that way.
What happens if a call needs a real person?
Your receptionist can put urgent calls straight through to your team, or take a message if no one's available. It isn't designed for emergency or life-critical calls. In an emergency, call 000.
